Terms and Conditions
1. Visit the location and establish details:
a. AXIS New Shutters Ltd reserves the right to impose an on-site visit fee for locations situated more than 20 miles outside M25. This fee will be deducted from the final cost should the customer accept our offer and choose to proceed with the project.
b. During the on-site visit, an inspector from AXIS New Shutters Ltd will collaborate with the customer to establish project details and take measurements for the upcoming home improvement. This ensures that the project aligns with the customer's requirements. A formal agreement on the project specifics will be documented through a form signed by both parties for each window or folding partition wall.
c. Should the client wish to make changes to the agreed-upon details, such requests must be submitted in writing to the company’s email address, office@axisnewshutters.co.uk , within 1 calendar day from the date of signing the details agreement
2. Order:
2.1 : The firm order will be placed once the customer receives the cost estimate from AXIS New Shutters Ltd, within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of the quotation and making full payment (see "PAYMENT TERMS").
a. If you are a new customer, check the "Offers and Exceptions" section; a surprise awaits you there.
b.Any firm order placed after this period will result in the loss of the "welcome discount."
3. Payment terms:
In order to support our customers, AXIS New Shutters offers you two payment options.
3.a : Our company's PRIMARY method of working with its clients is the upfront ONE-OFF PAYMENT method.
1: Although this may seem like a disadvantage at first glance, it actually brings some advantages to our clients. A first advantage is that, as specified in the "Offers and Exceptions" section, the client receives, in addition to the "welcome discount’’ applicable only for new clients who choose to use our shutters for all windows of the house, an additional 100£ off discount or inclusion in other seasonal offers.
2 : Furthermore, orders from these clients will be given priority both in execution and installation.
3.b : A second option is available for those who wish to undertake their project with us but do not have the entire amount and do not want to apply for financing. AXIS New Shutters will accept an initial payment of 50% of the project's value, allowing a period of up to one month for the remaining 50% payment
1 : Once the second payment is made, the firm order will be placed. And from that day the delivery term will apply. If, within this period, not exceeding one month, the client wishes to cancel, they can request a refund, but a 15% commission will be deducted from the amount paid in the first instalment, with the difference being reimbursed to the client's provided account.
2 : It is also good to know that in the case of these situations where the customer chooses to pay in two instalments, the welcome discount offered to new customers will decrease from £500 applicable in the terms of the welcome discount, to just £200 of the order value in the same terms, and they will lose the chance to be included in other offers that may be applicable at that time.
3 : Furthermore, orders from these clients will be given priority both in execution and installation

By accessing and accepting this payment method outlined in paragraph 3.b, we will consider the client's consent to the conditions expressed in paragraph 3.b, and any subsequent complaints will be deemed inappropriate and illegal. The company reserves the right to take legal action and seek damages

AXIS New Shutters Ltd, in collaboration with its partners, extends an opportunity for you to secure financing for your home improvement project. Simply complete the financing application on our website, and our trusted financing partners will guide you through the process.
Crucial Information to Note When Applying for Financing:
Before applying for funding, it's imperative to understand that you must already possess a quote obtained in adherence to the terms and conditions outlined in the "Visit the Location and Establish Details" section.
The encouraging news is that even for those opting for financing, our company maintains the £500off , "welcome discount’’ exclusively offered to new customers who choose our shutters for all windows of their property. However, please note that customers availing themselves of financing won't be eligible for additional discounts or special offers.
Exclusive Discount for Immediate Payment
AXIS New Shutters Ltd is pleased to offer an extra 100£ discount, in addition to the 500£ off ,"welcome discount" in exclusivities provided to new customers who choose our products for all windows of their property and make full payment upfront.
Moreover, projects opting for full payment will be prioritized in terms of execution and installation over those following the payment plan specified in the “Payment Terms”
These two scenarios automatically qualify as exceptions to the standard “Payment Terms,“
4.Delivery terms:
Depending on the availability of raw material on the market, the delivery time is between 6 and 18 weeks from the date of receipt of the firm order from the customer.
5. Security on site:
Through this notice, we would like to inform our customers that, both before and during the works, for security reasons, it is mandatory for them to prepare the necessary space for the proper execution of the activity. This involves removing all furniture along the entire length of the window and maintaining a distance of at least 1.5 meters from the window. This is essential to facilitate optimal installation conditions, ensuring the safety of our colleagues
In the event that the customer fails to carry out this preparation and we are required to create our own workspace for the installation, the company reserves the right to impose a charge of £150 per window. Simultaneously, the company disclaims any responsibility for any damage incurred by the furniture removed during the preparation process carried out by our installer colleagues.
Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe and unobstructed access ways at the entrance of our colleagues into the property and between the workspaces inside it.
6.Handing over
The handover will take place after the installation is completed, providing the customer with the warranty certificate, usage instructions, and maintenance instructions. The handover will be carried out on a special form through the customer's signature to confirm the completion of the work and receipt of the aforementioned documents.
7. Forms:
We inform you that in the relationship with us there will be the following mandatory forms:
7.1 Survey form :

8. Damages and claims
Like any creative process, the installation of our shutters may also result in accidental damage to the client's property, and here we are referring to the peripheral areas of the work, possibly the access areas to the site, etc.
Therefore, we want it to be clear to all our clients from the beginning that AXIS New Shutters Ltd will do everything possible to keep the area where the installation work is carried out as intact as possible. However, the client must also understand and agree that this is not always possible.
In this regard, the client acknowledges that due to the age of the building, possible hidden defects in the structure of the walls, etc., accidents resulting in damage to the site may occur. Therefore, such unfortunate incidents cannot be the subject of future claims from the client.
AXIS New Shutters Ltd will not object in case of accidental damage to other areas and buildings or annexes of the property unrelated to the site.
